Reason being is because FPS are a lot easier to aim when using a mouse. Plus, you're limited with the hardware on a console. If a game is running slow on my PC, I can just buy a new piece of hardware for it and it'll run smoother than a console ever could. Learn your facts before you put something down, bub.
