I had very bad acne for a few years, but after i went on birth control it really helped me! BUT now i am left with discolored tough or hard bump type scars. I did pick my acne a lot so im sure that it is because of that. Anyways i was just wondering if what you said about using the ice to get rid of those scars could be used on your face too? Thanks! I love your videos and i just love how open you are about your acne and how you turn your experiences into something that can help others.

My dermatologist told me to use PanOxyl creamy wash for my body acne. I use it in the morning for my shoulders, chest, back and face. It feels good on the skin! It contains 10% Benzoyl Peroxide and it can be found at Walgreens. I like using this facial wash.

I have upper body acne and I use retin A and I use to use extra virgin olive oil my skin on my back doesn't really get dry.

tried acutane. was on it for over a year.. had clear skin for 5 months after being off of it.. then a month later I broke out again. Accutane sucks. Period. Got some scars.. but im getting laser treatments next year hopefully, I do have some things that my doctor gave me and they're working so far, so i'm praying for the best :)

Hi! I have bad bacne but i got rid of it by washing it with acne body wash and sea salt....both i do it once a day!

It works so well ....the sea salt helped the scar fade and my acne heals itself much better!

Im not a fan of using creams on the back becoz sum1 told be bfore that creams and greasy stuff combined with your clothings would cause bacteria etc etc...but if it works for u den great!

I also use a powder called 'snake's prickly heat powdr' and i apply dat powder to combat sweat.
