I'm sick of all the idiots who think Nightwish is nothing without Tarja. If she was the only reason why you listened to Nightwish, then you were never a real Nightwish-fan to begin with and it shouldn't matter to you that she's no longer in the band, since you only obviously don't care for the rest of them. The date in the description is wrong... Anette had already joined in 2007, so Tarja was long gone in 2008.

A lot of artists use a recording to cover bits in the songs where words overlap or there isn't much room for a breath - as it does at the end of that line. Bless her, but whoever was responsible for managing that blend didn't do it right *cringe* She doesn't use a recording for the song as a whole though.

Personally, I always just change a song so we don't need the recording, but... meh.

Its not lip-synching of course, she sings the entire song including the most difficult parts. The double voices are already in the studio version, that extra voice you noticed, (I noticed too), but its the only time she used it, after this concert she played lots of times this song live and that part is no longer there.

Maybe it was just to try a different thing but it didn't work well so they returned to the original formula after this...

Anyways the entire performance is good I think!
