@DoriFord if fuel was cut, that sound wouldn't be there. ignition is cut, so that the unburned fuel goes to the hot exhaust, and that's why it pops like that

YEh its the Bee R Limmiter.... Instead of cutting fuel to the motor when it hits the limiter, it cuts spark...allowing unburnt fuel to pass through the motor which ignites in the exhaust system causing a backfire...sometimes even with flames :D
