sounds lovely. however, as they were sung, those are not the lyrics of this song. normally i wouldn't harp on such a thing, but this song is actually an ee cummings poem set to music, and a fantastic poem at that.

Thank you for posting this. Wonderful job!  I have sung this one myself and it is one of my absolute favorites. The poem is also beautiful. I wish I had known the song before I was married, I would've sung it for my husband. Love it!
