Ok everyone I have had these and got rid of them in a week there are 3 kinds of pinworm my doctor told me there are the least resistant kinds then the last 2 are far more resistant and the doctor must up yur dose of medicine. More preferably PINX b cuz those meds work better and don't wash sheets once a week do it everyday and wash hands plus vacuum also get clorox bleach wipes and wipe all lightswitches door handles and anything leather or anything yu touched and if this doesn't work by god no

Use to get these all the time, you really have to wash your hands frequently after everything, and you have to wash your bedsheets every week, and vacuum and if the infestation is so bad (whole family has it) bomb the house.

@littleus7  I have them as well i think. I have an appointment with my doctor. it happens at night in bed, round the anus gets very very itchy. Children will scratch there and as they don't know how to clean themselves thoroughly, will get it back because they put their fingers in their mouths as they can be under the childs finger nails and therefore gets back into the gut. so the cycle begins again. SEE A DOCTOR it can be cured with medicine. Good Luck.

For those who are worried - Let me just tell you that these are perfectly harmless. They cause no weight loss or any other symptom. The only symptom is anal itching which can lead to lack of sleep. Also, white lines maybe be found in the faeces. I used to have these a couple of months ago, but I grabbed some medicine u don't need a prescription for and I was rid of them within 2 weeks. Just keep a proper hygiene and from now on, never put your fingers in your mouth if dirty :P
