my 2003 honda sportrax never ever needed the choke on to start it even in mid winter and u didnt need to hit the gas or anything just tap the button and it would fire up and then i put and hmf racing pipe on it k&n racing filters and rejetted the xarb but now it needs the choke and u have to hold the button and give it sone gas i tried to jet it 3 times because maybe i was doin it wrong byt no its rejetted the right way

yeah just unbolt the old pipes and headers, bolt the new ones down.....but the headers if you get, you cant torque the bolts down to much so watch for that

@trxjab actually you do have to torque them a little because when i blew my 2007 up i had hmx full pipe on it and when it blew i got off and one of the header bolts was gone and other was barely on

they are nerf bars.....there great when things get rough. it stops my foot from slipping off my pegs and hitting the ground. that way when im going 45 mph down narrow rutted up trails i wont break my leg if my foot comes off the peg. their great and i recomend them to anyone who rides thier sport quad fast. they sure saved my ass.....well actually legs a few times

thers not much difference between a 450 and a 700. i would get a 450 because they are faster. the reason is because they have one cylinder and 700 has 2. 1 cylinder means less too turn over to go faster. 450s are cheaper anyway.

Haha its funny you say that, ive been having back firing to. Nothing serious, just enough to be anoying everytime i let off the throttle after reving. And i have the Dyno jet kit, your not running to lean. Its nature of getting it jetted. Hows the rev box though.....is it noticable?

noticable is an understatement!!! the revs jump up like crazy. really what it does is disengages the rev limiter and changes the throttle curve. its called AMR racing CDi box

I have a stock '06 TRX250EX, and on a dry lakebed in warm weather and at about 2,500 feet, I pinned the throttle for a VERY long time to have my GPS read a max speed of 54 mph. It certainly felt faster, but the GPS doesn't lie.

I have a 2006, and on a dry lakebed, my GPS said that I was going 54mph after pinning the throttle for-ever. I'm 190 lbs, and the altitude was about 3,500 feet. Still, I doubt that it's capable of hitting 60mph.
