The reason being there are over 20 wire cable ropes. Each one has something to do with the bungee itself. You are in no danger at all.

The bucket seats have all the safety fixtures. Theres also a over the head safety restraint/bar.

I have worked on funfairs for 25 years. I know the ins and outs of most of the fair rides and their owners too.

Actually, there are steal cables and wrapped aorund it is elastic, they then stretch the elastic up the metal cable to create tention, then suddenly relase it, and draw back the metal cable, hey presto, bungee goes up

All Showmen Test the ride everyday before letting people on there ride.

Plus i know the owner off the ride and he has even said Health and Safety have Said It was something that just went wrong.

Why shouldn't this video stay on? If it were of an uneventful ride (ie; bungee not snapping), I don't think anyone would be asking for it to be taken down, regardless of who was on the ride.

With regards to it being in the entertainment section, I agree that is inappropriate. However the public have a right to see the risks of going on these rides.

As for the girls not being happy with the video being on youtube, I didn't see them complaining about being on Look North or in the Hull Daily Mail
