Finally someone else see hive mind as an amazing card with the pacts. That was like the first rare I pulled outtah M10 and decided to make a deck with it and it pwns face. I use every pact but the blue because you really don't need it and it requires another spell be on the stack in order to even cast it.

Spectral Procession came with Ajani Goldmane in the same expansion, it was obviously a bomb XD

Zendikar's looking better every day with people realizing just how good some of the cards are.

I really like the Boros Bushwhacker deck, because it takes advantage of some really solid commons with my favorite among them being the Kor Skyfisher (I love bounce effects) -- a card that LSV has stated as being too expensive to play.

I'm not getting down on LSV about a bad call -- if this video proves anything, it's that Magic is full of surprises.

Bah. I hated it. I'm glad it's gone, but then again, I like it each time a block rotates out and a new one comes in. it adds new dynamics to the game... That, and the fact I really hated Lorwyn and had NO luck getting many of the good cards... especially Cryptics, thank god they are gone.

well spectral percession didnt even really get good in standard until people realized how good ajani goldmane and glorious anthem are, which was not until shards of alara was spoiled.. but yeah.. its not the worst card by itself still..

Actually, to be factually correct, specteral percession became good because of Windbrisk Heights.

well let me make sure that i am fully correct. Ajani Goldmane and glorius anthem were good in the deck, it was the card advantage from Specteral Perc and Windbrisk hieights that fulled the deck. ajani came later and then Glorious anthem was last.

Reason for Tournament Players: Chase Mythics will win games. Repeatedly.

Well, you do need them because they provide so much of an advantage over your opponent. Imagine running Serra Angel instead of BS Angel and putting it up against something with Bogardan Hellkite. They can easily kill of SA with BH and can shoot it down with Chandra Ablaze's first ability too. Not to mention, Serra can't trade off with Putrid Leeches and live to tell the tale unlike BS Angel. Playing a top deck is luxury people.

Hive Mind is a may ability, they don't have to play the spell. Also I've heard the Dark Depths-Hexmage deck is quite good, so expect to see that deck out in force this weekend.

it is not a may you must play a copy they may choose new targets but they have to play the copy

I actually madea cusual deck arround hive mind about a month ago using this combo, and just a ton of 0 cost stuff to make it all themed and fun-like...

but it's not a "may" ability. they HAVE to copy the spell and any modes it may have, but they MAY choose new targets for their copy.

It's a fun deck though... lots of "tripple kills" and groaning ensues in muti-payer.
