  • Dig your water conservation efforts, strong work!

  • @bergbryce I try, water is getting scarcer and scarcer here in Texas. I have a rain barrel that that I use for a lot of my garden watering, it's free and the plants really respond to it better than chlorinated city water.

  • Salad spinners rule for washing your veggies and laundering your cash!

I got the same one, been working like a charm for years.

    Cool video Tom!

  • A salad spinner is a must.

    God Bless,

    Elba

  • Good tip. Exactly as I do it too so it must be correct, lol. I didn't know about ripping the lettuce vs cutting. I usually cut & my wife usually rips. Do I have to tell her she's right? Awwww.

    Regards, Gary

  • @garygardens Afraid so Gary ;-)

  • There isn't an HEB store around here for miles and miles. I wish there were, I've heard great things from people about them.

Heck, I'd be happy if I didn't have to drive 50 miles just for a Kroger (owned) store!

  • That's easy to do if you got the right tools, good tip Tom.
