there is no way to do that because intel hd graphics didnt have any memoty in the graphic card.it uses your ram as its memory.if you have 2 gb ram intel sucks 256mb,if you have 4gb ram its sucks 1700mb.

Yes it will, I have a Core i3 350M. Mine is 2.40ghz and I can run GTA 4 very well. Although my CPU is a quad-core OR has 4 threads or 4 CPU's. To see if yours has it go to Start > Search Bar at the bottom > Search "dxdiag" without the "". On the first page look for Processor and see if it says 4 CPUs. if it does then congrats. If it says 1 or 2 I am not sure if you can run gta 4.

I haven't played this game in particular, but I have tried the Bulletstorm demo off of Steam, and I can barely play it on low quality, it's slow. The recommended was Quadcore though, so that may have been a problem as well, but there are many other games in which I only have problems in high quality but run smoothly in medium.

Once you install external graphics card, internal graphics card will be disabled automatically.

You will have to install external graphics card driver then it will work fine

Well idk about you guys but I tested this with my ATI Mobility Radeon 5650 on GTA 4 Episodes and I was able to run it with I think on medium. And when I tested this with my Intel HD (I have two graphics cards) I got almost the same exact performance and quality. Although I did lag a bit on the Intel HD.
