So shoving more of the easiest to concel and most commonly used firearms in the system won't increase the murder rate? Crimes might be marginally easier to solve, but there'd be MUCH more of them. Where we get stabbings in schools - have a guess, what might that change to? Great, Britain can have a culture of school shootings too, like the one in Finland where guns are legal. Or the ones in America where guns are legal. Both with pistols (and the first with only a .22).

Errr what are you on about? The Bill has being amazing this year, great storylines week on week and some real "thrillers". Has been like watching a movie sometimes. They're doing a "flash" promo because those ungrateful fools at ITV hardly ever promote it yet it still gets great ratings. It's called moving on with the times, not stuck in the very slow days of custody.
