Do you still have the ebony color? I was wondering witch color can I get if I mix ebony and the conditioner, I was looking for a more darker gray, like this one: h t t p : / / bit. ly/x58I3M (without the spaces) I almost reach the color actually (but using purple pigment) but on the lights it turns kinda darker purple.. Can you make a test for me? ;; I don't have the ebony color :(
@TheDisdoa unfortunately the ebony there is actually just a REALLY dark green, so it just goes kind of a dark blue/green when mixed with conditioner :< I'd love to get that colour too. Sorry I can't help! Maybe if you mixed a dark blue with the purple it might kind of even the pigment out but I'm not 100% sure - sorry! Good luck <3
@hiritai ahh I see! Yes, this gray is really beautiful, I would love to have it. <3 I thought that too, maybe the blue can break that purple effect.. also I think that the darker blue is more closer of gray than the darker purple haha XD Well, thank you for answer me, I really appreciate it!
@HEHEX3X I've tried that, and other similar purples and white toners, as well as a few silver toners, but it's too low pigmented and lasts less than a week for me. This lasted for over a month. The dyes are far more pigmented. It may look complicated but that's mostly due to the fact I'd never done it before. It ended up working perfectly and I'd filmed it, so I shared it.
It's not a toner, it's a silver dye, and lasts so much longer than a toner.
Manic Panic Ultra Violet is a strong blue based dye, the blue will turn up more than the purple. If anything you could of used 1/4 of that manic panic dye and the restconditioner and a little of that dark (black) color you used to achieve a silver lilac look. But I like the way your really careful with everything :]
Lilac is extremely low pigmented... I need to apply it at least twice and let it soak for half an eternity to get the results it's supposed to give you... *sigh* gotta try that some time soon, using the more pigmented Neon Blue ( which is purple X_x )...
@FatalMindedMe It's not really, I'm making it look complicated. It's just having an understanding of how the dye will show up on your hair, and mixing the right colours ^^
So using this technique to dye my hair a lighter blue.

Why don't you just buy a silver toner?
meyaaan 2 months ago
@meyaaan quote from the description "I've found this to last longer than any one silver dye."
creepygirl94 2 months ago
@meyaaan because I didn't want a toner, I wanted a dye. This lasted 5x longer than the silver toners I've tried.

Okay i need to ask you something! its such a great result but did you use the black or the lilac mix to get that grey silverish tone?:D

@Mosquitoqueenxx I'm not 100% sure what you mean sorry, I used the mix at the end, a mix of all the dyes I combined with the conditioner.
