Thank you so much for sharing this - I am a mum to a 12 year old non verbal autistic boy - we are also doing lots of therapies - including Rapid Prompting method and facilitated communication- all underpinned by the son-rise attitude - which is all about believing in the limitless possibilities for your child. I'm 2 minutes into the video and in tears. I have a 3 year old son with autism and I have been truly moved by this. Way to go Jeremy, your parents and all the people who have helped you. This is about as inspiring a film as I have ever seen.

that was amazing. if only all autistic kids could have parents that would work so hard and dedicate so much time to help them reach their full potential.. just imagine how much more productive, full, and happy his life will be because of this :) by the way, have you ever seen the movie Temple Grandin? its a true story about an autistic girl who ended up inventing half of the cow slaughterhouses in america, graduating college, and much more... watch it. :)

I can't thank you enough for posting this! My son Austin is 10, and fighting his way out to show everyone how smart he is, even though he appears so severely affected. Jeremy's words have given me the encouragement I need to continue the fight. I write a blog and would love to link to this video and write about it, if that is ok with you.
