@dzs145a6 i have both and the sound is prolly better with the shakedown to be honest. but bass is better on the skullcrushers just a little over powering.

He is spot on. The headphones are good, but not great. For the price though, I am not dissapointed. If I am studying in a coffee shop, I can turn them up pretty loud and I don't think others can hear them over the general hussle and bussle in the shop. If I am in the library, people can hear them, but you don't have to turn them up as loud because the library is generally quieter. In sumation, as long as you listen to your music at a reasonable volume, you will not bother anyone.

Dude you have no idea what noise canceling is do you. It's a device that emits a white noise type frequency that blocks out other noises.
