@D00MEDST Isn't the shrink ability Down and Jump? Anyway the shrinking potion is in the "ancient ruins". After you finnish the boss in the Black Smiths the water level in the lake will have risen (becouse you put out the fire) and you can use that fact to find a new door that can take you to the ruins and then onto the tiny cave.

I've tried C0UNTLESS TIMES. Up+Down+1+2 I just cannot shrink Mickey for the life of me
