  • song at :16?

  • @ramiropema Ive been looking forever and found where its from, its NAKED EYE - THE ALAN PARSONS PROJECT

  • @ramiropema or sorry sirious by alan parsons project from the album naked eye

  • I'm a big LaFontaine fan too, but Hal Douglas has always had his own lane. If anyone picks up LaFontaine's business, it's Ashton Smith. You hear him on every action thriller, which was totally LaFontaine's territory.

  • In a world where Don LaFontaine has transcended this mortal coil, Hal Douglas will have some mighty big shoes to fill.

  • i think Don still being the man of voice over, altough Hal's voice is close enogh.

  • I wanna know the same thing, what is that song???

  • @AlBlast100 sirios by alan parsons project

  • whats that song at 0:15

  • @Salamaleikum80 the song is Sirius by Alan Parsons Project :)

  • Fanatastic, I've heard him a lot without knowing his name. Now I know who I'm a fan of. :D

  • Really.....GUESS YOU HAVEN'T HEARD ME.

  • @CommentaryX lol pablo

  • Hal is great. One of the guys hwo inpired me to do it for a living.

  • I would either take Hal Douglas or Will Lyman to narrate my life. Those 2 are the best voice overs.

  • Hal & Don have very different reading styles. Each to their own and shouldn't be compared.

  • This is Don LaFonatine's brother!

  • hes my fav voiceover guy xD

  • what's the song used at 0:15?

  • @wizzard400 Alan Parsons Project - Sirius Eye

  • @wizzard400 The Alan Parsons Project - Sirius

  • the world's next great voiceover artist will be a mute...

  • @mcmanusdown how?

  • I tend to prefer this guy over the others. Amazing voice for a guy that's 85 years old.

  • First time I met Hal at Sound Hound in NYC, I almost wet myself like a little school girl. Hal just went into that booth and started talking. I think I learned more in ten minutes of watching him work than I did in a year behind the mic. I do understand this, nobody has ever read a trailer like Hal and his delivery will easily remain the most recognizable voice in the trailer industry.

  • @voiceaddict i'm a radio announcer and i to like Hal as well , so tell me what did u learn

  • This guy's ok. But he doesnt have the range of Don. I think Ben Patrick Johnson is the new Don.

  • @Cazmeus

Yes, Ben Patrick Johnson is my favorite, he's the worthy sucessor.

  • what song is used for the michael jordan trailer?

  • love this voices

  • In a land before time...

  • sexy voiced bastard lol

  • You are a legend Mr. Douglas.

  • Hal was always the king. YOu just never knew because he wasn't out there like Don LaFontaine was.

  • davestewartlondon -- it's "Sirius" off the Alan Parson's Project album "Eye in the Sky" from 1982.

  • Me gusta mucho esta voz!!

  • Hal Douglas, to me, is best known for trailers for romantic comedies.

  • anyone know hal's contact info. thanks.

  • What's the music from 0:15 ?

  • GREAT - I've just made the DEMO REEL 2 ! :)

  • Respect Hal and Don both. Why u guys argue who is the best, what's the point? :(

  • I think Dougla's voices is better than LaFontaine's...

  • I jsut realized he did the voiceover on the Detroit Red Wings 97 Championship video! Kicks John C McGinleys ass! (He did the 2008 one)

  • I rthink LaFontaine has a succesor now.

  • @Ecksntrick8 - Bullshit. Hal Douglas started doing voice-overs about a decade before LaFontaine. The only reason people like you even know who Don LaFontaine was is because of the Geico commercial.

  • I woudn't mind if this guy took over.

  • KING!

  • WRONG.

    DON LAFONTAINE IS KING

  • Hal Douglas is now King. LaFontaine has left us.

  • @VaultMasterDBT True but Don will still be the King

  • Pussy talk. What, are you stupid or something?

  • @VaultMasterDBT dude LaFontaine will never ever truly be gone

  • @VaultMasterDBT The King is dead. Long live the king!

  • @VaultMasterDBT Even in Death, Don LaFontaine is king. Hal Douglas is simply the steward to the throne.

  • I'm sorry..I was talking about among the living. Now I regret ever making this comment.
