There are many ways to film/shoot/capture your drawings and make a video clip like this. The way I did this was by taking pictures of my drawings with a digital camera, which is set up above my drawings on a stand. The pictures are directly imported into a program called MonkeyJam (www.giantscreamingrobotmonkeys.com).
But there are other ways to do this, and I suggest you research software and animation supplies. www.lightfootltd.com is a pretty good site for supplies.
