bro to get in that room all you have to do is walk in front of the tank and then look inbetween the to buildings and there will be a gap that you can walk threw then turn left and there it is

And to get in to that room with the supplies then you go to that tank and then at the front end of it it you go right and there is a small space in the wall and you go through that narrow path into the room.
