The luckless man in the second Rolls-Royce was Ian Richardson, CBE, who played Sherlock Holmes in British TV versions of "The Hound of the Baskervilles" and "Sign of the Four" and also played Dr. Joseph Bell in the "Dr. Bell and Mr. Doyle" and "Murder Rooms: The Dark Beginnings of Sherlock Holmes". Check them out, he was amazing.
