Thank you for not calling him Jigsaw. This has to be the best homemade one I've seen. I was Billy this year for Halloween and a few other events, but I'm wondering... How difficult was it to take the tricycle apart and make it squeaky?

It's a shame the costume didn't meet your fancy or standards. As a matter of fact, I, personally, apologize for not being so incredibly entertained by the "Saw" movies, like only you and few others were. (Not to denote the film.) Unfortunately, the people who made this costume didn't expect to be compared to the people who had a 2.1 million dollar contract to make and perfect the film. I also doubt they expected Roger and Ebert to critique his or her 27 second video either.

Yes, the shoes idea is clearly one I should have used...but I worked hard to make the tricycle sound squeaky. I took out all the oil and the buffers in the joints of the trike to make it sound old and rusty, just like the movie.

there is a big difference between you tricycle and the one in the movie. The movie's tricycle had a low sqeaky sound like it needed a little oil but your had a loud sqeak that drowed out the song to a point of not hearing it. I own all three saws that are out now.
