This old woman had dementia, someone said Vitamin C would help so they used a TON of Vitamin C, overdosing several times on this old woman, and she got better almost in a few days even though the Doctor said she could never recover. When Told that she was getting an extreme excess in Vitamins..they were taken away..and within a few days she was back to her old self...Coincidence that ^ this person says don't overdose on vitamin's... do the research, No One has died from a Vitamin Overdose. Ever.

I didn't learn anything useful from this video. I already knew this when I was 12. It's all general knowledge really. -_- I can imagine that we don't know the effects of overdosing, but all these effects are most likely listed on the supplement package.
