What are the chances of her going to jail? What are the chances of this being ruled buisness fraud? Or will they rule that Paul is just playing a blame game?

Well, actually there will be one judge -- Aurelio Munoz. David Kendall has been fooling the public for six years. In court, we will finally see the evidence. This is a case of business fraud in which the Clintons and their pals induced Paul to spend a huge amount on Hillary's campaign. They then destroyed the company by stealing the Japanese business partner, Tendo Oto. Peter has compelling evidence.

How are you sure that the judges in the next coart case will care about what the Clintons did illegaly, instead of what Paul did? And what is "stock manipulation?"

Kendall has been spinning for years about Peter's record. In this case, however, the witnesses, evidence and home videos will stand on their own. Four false FEC reports, hiding $721K as judged by the FEC, recording a secret agreement with the Japanese business partner six days after her election. She claimed in her lying declaration that she remembered nothing of what they discussed at Spago and the afternoon tea. She is lying and will be shown to be lying.

In a court of law, would Paul's criminal record equal a get out of jail free card for Hillary the fraudulent senator? I'm having having trouble understanding how a man who has already been punished for his misconduct, doesn't deserve a fair trial. Maybe I'm just not liberal enough or "educated" in law enough to understand this kind of justice.
