If II feeel love how do I know if it is real Is love such a rare emotion that we will do anything to have it including digging a well so deep we can not ever find our way out of the darkness that is love without the light of life bu bu du ba
@jminnehan so debatable. John and Paul were both very different. If you like musical knowledge, technicality, and experimentation you've got to give it to Paul. If you like conversational-melodies and honesty, give it to John.
John > Paul. Name me any albums from Paul's post-Beatles days that match John's in the annals of all time greats. Wing was a great band in its day, but its influence didn't survive the 1970s.
@ramonalejandrosuare Flaming Pie is a fantastic album and underrated. He wrote a lot of it whilst they were doing the anthology's so Paul was in a very 'Beatles' place at the time and of course his wife Linda was dying from cancer so there's a lot of beauty and love in that album. Perhaps not as 'in yer face' as John's 70s work but I'd certainly call it an all time great.
"She looked so beautiful I could eat her"... Got to LOVE It!

The songs on plastic ono band prove John was the greatest Beatle. It was his band after all.
