how do you "secure" the band to the door? mine doesn't have any special attachment to do that, and everytime I try to "Secure" it and then pull, I give myself a black eye XD no lie, it's happened 3 times

@icsk8grrl It is the little black nylon door anchor that comes with the set. You place the bands through the loop and secure the ball part behind the door. Make sure the door is closed tightly
