Props to Silva for doing what he did (which was mostly exploit his weight advantage) in the fight, especially the second round, but even more props to Fedor for making it out of a relentless beating that 95% of HWs would have either tapped out or got ko'ed in...I'm not gonna nuthug and say Fedor would've won the fight in the 3rd (and hence the fight) but it all honesty it was really an incomplete ending for both fighters.
Fedor fights at a precarious weight. There is not much room to move when you weigh 230. I think Fedor is still an awesome fighter, but he really should consider starting to train with different people. I know it must be hard, but he needs to find people to train with that can push him to his limits in the gym. Training with the same guys will get him nowhere. Also, I get the feeling he does not analyze his opponents. I think this is a huge mistake that can't be made anymore by serious fighters
