synthol, un aceite que se inyecta debajo de la piel, no penetra la fibra muscular, ergo ni aumenta de volumen el músculo, ni da mas fuerza, lo que hace es ocupar el espacio entre las fibras musculares y lo que hace que se hinche el brazo (ojo, no el músculo). Cuanta mas cantidad se inyecte mas daña la fibra muscular al apretarlas unas contra otras aplastándolas practicamente (de ahí las hemorragias internas de color morado que se observan en las fotos) y al mismo ir reventando la piel.
