I just use the simple Windows Movie Maker. You could probably download it to your computer for free. Or you can go buy a fancy one at an office supply store. But it takes hours of photoshopping on sites like deviantart to get enough pictures to use. There are tutorials available on youtube that show you how. That's how I got started :)
