  • this is in a different key than when I play in my jazz group. Its sounds so weird

    What "Hendrix" chord? Whats the proper name for it?.

    It's just that I tune differently and its easy to figure out a chord by name but not by regular guitar only terminology.

  • Cheers Marty, I've been playing 5 yars, and I was pretty good, mainly folk orientated but I never really had any style. After following some of your jazz vieos I've really gotten into jazz and I feel I'm becoming a much better technical guitarist for it.

  • can anyone tell me what he does like right at the end in the hendrix chord? You hear that change of sound? like the last note in the hendrix chord. What I see is that he takes his pinky finger off but if I do the same thing it won´t sound the same.

  • @XXVersionXX it's minor9 just regular minor7 with the root on the bottom with added finky on the 2nd on the top string
