Blender Beginners tutorial

Hey im an expirenced developer and am looking for an engine to use- is blender just for n00bs with no skill, or should I use it to make an entirely independent game with its own models, textures, and code (im asking if its for kids, basically as an education tool, or a real engine....)

what do you do if when you hit the camera thing to see the view out of it and its just a grey screen and you move it and the whole thing goes sideways?

how do u get it on 3d mode? like i can swing around and that?

im not exactly sure what u mean but ill answer the best i can :P Edit mod is the tab key. u can hit it again to exit edit mode. If you wish to rotate with the number pad u need to make sure Num Lock is ON. if it is off it will not rotate.

I also got confused in this part, but I found that you must click on the edge of the main header to do so, then It'll appear the options: "Split Area", Join Area" and "No Header".

For the "B" hotjey you have to drag the mouse holding the LMB. sorry if that wasnt clear.

HELP!!

I click "B" and move my mouse over the block, nothing happens. How do i do the extuding thing, When i try it it moves the cube!!

yeah, when i click "B" move my mouse to the left of the cube, the arrow thing(GREEN, RED, Blue arrows)dosent go to the left liek in the video, i dont know why, i can only ectrude after i learn to do this.

is it because i am not doing it correctly ?
