  • Waterboarding is a war crime. Put him in jail !

  • Nothing wrong with waterboarding, or surfing, or wake boarding. Who cares about water sports???

  • @grindyourmind1 absolutely nothing with the water sport.. torturing someone by pinning them down, pouring water up thier noses(into the air passages), to force their bodies to repetitively experience the sensation of drowning to death, however.. was a serious hot button at the time.

  • You stupid son of a bitch cheney! i hope you'll get waterboarded!!!

  • Id love to see that cheese burger fat ass get waterboarded, he'd break after 10 seconds an beg to blow Obama while looking at the documents banning it...sadists ftw..?

  • if you have to water board a few terrorists then do it

  • @ajgolfer1 I agree with you completely: Start with Cheney and Bush and then work your way back to say... I don't know, maybe Eisenhower would suffice to please.

  • The Eighth Amendment:

"Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, NOR CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENTS INFLICTED."

  • "Should any American soldier be so base and infamous as to injure any [prisoner]. . . I do most earnestly enjoin you to bring him to such severe and exemplary punishment as the enormity of the crime may require. Should it extend to death itself, it will not be disproportional to its guilt at such a time and in such a cause, for by such conduct they bring shame, disgrace and ruin to themselves and their country." - George Washington, charge to the Northern Expeditionary Force, Sept. 14, 1775

  • he has gay sex with the ben bernanke

  • If waterboarding is so great, then why does doing it to American citizens warrant the death penalty.

  • FUCKIN MURDERER

  • Fuck the Bush-Cheney Regime...

  • if he's a big supporter in water boarding, maybe he wouldn't mind if I do it to him.

  • Anyone who thinks waterboarding is NOT torture, legally appropriate, or justified, should try it out for themselves. Waterboarding is NOT an "enhanced" interrogation technique, nor it is "simulated" drowning. It is, in fact, REAL drowning. It causes panic, inability to breathe, choking, vomiting, nausea, lungs full of water, and long-term psychological trauma. BUT, don't take my word for it, try it out with your friends and family and you'll see what it is like for yourself.

  • @milkphish2 I'm not a terrorist. The people who got waterboarded were. Those people that were waterboarded would have happily butchered you and your entire family, and yet you're coming to their defense? These bastards deserved what they got, and the info that we got from this led us to bin Loden. I would waterboard them and lose no sleep over it. Hell, I'd be willing to clip their damn fingers to get that info. It's the least that they deserve for what they've done.

  • @MrJ567

What about when the Japanese waterboarded American soldiers in WWII? They were convicted and executed for war crimes. Are you saying their actions should be treated as standard warfare?

A detainee in Guantanamo could be completely innocent and how would you know? They don't get a trial, they're just suspected of involvement. What is more likely is that they say some crazy shit just to get them to stop, costing more time, money and lives.

  • @langov3 You're just an idiot.

  • @MrJ567

Brilliant come back. I find it refreshing how you just ignore the points I made and resort to petty name calling. Do you watch Glen Beck by any chance?

  • NOthing wrong with waterboarding, it led to the killing of Osama. You'd rather have that bastard alive?

  • Cheney was a great vice president

  • @krastapopolos Cheney wouldn't order anyone to do that. He would actually do it himself.

  • Waterboard him with crude oil

  • Fuck US gov back then and now

  • @SuperAcab666 Fuck you now and forever.

  • @MrJ567 Same to you

  • Nazis @ Nuremberg Trial were hung for that, 60 years later USA reclaim it's legal.

  • @Frunkenstein With all due respect, I don't think the Nazis were hung for waterboarding. I guess you're forgetting about the human experiments...oh and the systematic mass murder of millions.

  • this motherfucker has asshole tattooed all over his ugly face

  • Why is it we can do this to terrorists (not sure they have been found guilty if they have then fair enough) yet we can’t do this to paedophiles or rapists?

  • @freeasthewinds because the purpose is not to punish. the purpose is to gather information about pending attacks, so that they can be stopped before they occur. the US waterboarded 3 detainees, so it's not like it was a usual occurrence.

  • @navid500

Were did you get the idea they only water boarded 3 people??

It was a very common occurrence under the bush administration.

  • @RedlineMMA Where did you get the idea that it was a common occurrence? Can you name more than three?. I got the number three from W and George Tenet (head of the CIA at the time).Of course, it's possible that there were more, but the official number is three. They are Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Abu Zubaydah, and Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri.

  • @navid500

Those 3 were water boarded like 183 times..........The exact #'s aren't know but Statements have been made by people that were there, not naming names but stating that is was a regular occurrence at Gitmo ....abu grabe and other secret prisons.

  • @RedlineMMA You're right that those three were waterboarded a shitload of times. Like I said, I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if there were also others, but we only know of 3. BTW I think waterboarding is torture, but answer this. If there's a bomb strapped to your mom that will blow in 10 min, and the only guy who knows how to disarm it won't say anything. Do you torture him and save your mom, or do you let your mom die but preserve your principals?

  • @RedlineMMA I'm not comparing that situation to what the US has done, and I'm not condoning it. I'm just trying to see if you think that there could ever conceivably be a time where it's okay to torture.

  • @navid500

I think there are situations were torture may be the only way to save millions of live. EG..a terrorist got a nuke. the bush administration used many forms of what can only be described as torture...not just waterboarding & I don't think it was necessary in 99% of cases.

I just think the government handled it horribly and with hypocrisy...because if military leaders in Iraq under Saddam would have water_boarded any U.S troops they would have been tried and given the death penalty.

  • @RedlineMMA Well, I'm glad you agree that there could conceivably be a situation where torture is justified. What else are you referring to that the US has done? And again, it's an opinion that the US has done anything more than waterboarded three guys. Of course, I'm not naive enough to believe that there isn't at least a bit more that we don't know about, but we can't just assume that it was regularly occurring thing either. Of course, Abu Ghraib was some of the dumbest and queerest shit ever.

  • @RedlineMMA but abu ghraib also wasn't something that was ordered or condoned by top officials. it was a bunch of dumb asses. I don't think that Rumsfeld or Bush ever told anyone to get the prisoners naked, stack them in a pyramid, and have them jack each other off.

  • @navid500 right, he just told them to lock up a bunch of people with no official charges against them with a bunch of sociopath war criminals in US military uniform and told them to have fun

  • Waterboarding is too good for Jihadist filth.

  • Waterbording is torture. Torture is a war crime. Those who order warcrimes are war criminals. Cheney is a war criminal

  • Comment removed

  • This from a man who 5 times had beter things to do than Nam. 5 defferments only the good die young this piece of crap is like freddy Kruger.

  • Comment removed

  • the UN should charge Dick Cheney with Crimes Against Humanity if they consider themselves a serious institution. To admit that like its nothing is disgraceful, this man should be in prison

  • Hey Dick! Come an such mine.

  • Cheney is such an arrogant asshole

  • Wait... we do mean things to people we are at war with? WHAT THE HECK, I thought war was all about driving cool jeeps and hugs and kisses. We should definitely be nicer to people trying to blow up our country. After all they really just want to be our friends.

    who would have thought...

  • Would China be given a pass for using waterboarding?

  • dick chain is a profit making criminal billionaire but its ok we live in america. he wont get prosecuted

  • @PdishmonkeyJJ

go to china then fuck face

  • Waterboarding is a crucial method that must be utilized in order to gain vital information from al quaeda forces etc. It should not be up to senators and beaurocrats as to whether or not we should employ this tactic, but to the military officials whom of which have much more experience of the situations at hand being dealt with.

  • @wirthquake

'In order to gain vital Information from Al quaeda forces?'

Tell me, when was it ever proven that any of the men or women that were tortured/ waterboarded were 'Al Quaeda'? has there ever been a fair trail?

'Human rights' only count if you're American right?

    that's bloody hypocritical....

  • @gdwendyml

Its because of flaming faggots like you who protest the war and make it so that America has to fight terrorism with 2 hands behind its back. Sorry that I'm saying Americans have rights and terrorists dont.

So youre saying that you know of every torture attempt ever committed by the US?

Do you seriously think that America has never tortured Al Quaeda?

  • Comment removed

  • @wirthquake

No, the point I was making was that there are laws for a reason. there a treaties in place that prohibit torture so that, if our soldiers get captured they will not be tortured either.

Ofcourse I do not believe that the US has never tortured Al Quaeda, But do you seriously think that every single person that was tortured by the US was actually AL Quaeda?

And lets continue with this conversation WITHOUT calling anyone names like ADULTS shall we?

  • @gdwendyml

So what treaty are you talking about exactly that prohibits terrorists from torturing soldiers?

No i dont think that every person has been Al Quaeda, whats your point?

  • most people who have never served are ignorant to the rules of war.....oh wait there are no rules....so when we make rules to attempt to be humane it ends up backfiring...war is not humane you people need to realize that

  • waterboard em all.....they cut the heads off troops and civilians alike....a little water wont kill them....our country has become soft especially with a radical liberal president

  • Waterboard Cheney! He won;t last 5 seconds with his heart

  • why isnt he in jail?

  • @23mickeyjordan What specifically should he be in jail for?

  • Cheney should be waterboarded himself, and tried for war crimes!

  • @JackB733 umm yeah ok.....when we use the technique to save AMERICAN lives...we fight a hostile hellbent enemy who wants to do nothing else but cut your head off and rape your wife repeatedly....but dont waterboard them cause its "inhumane"....comments like this is why i hate liberals

  • @kmakowsk Dude, opinions are opinions, don't cry about the fact that someone doesn't share the same view as you

  • @flairmonkey i respect your statement....my comments are only opinions so i wouldnt call it "crying". Some of this far left rhetoric just cracks me up. Yet as you say "opinions are opinions" . This is very true and everyone has a right to one no matter how silly it may be.

  • @flairmonkey i respect your statement....my comments are only opinions so i wouldnt call it "crying". Some of this far left rhetoric just cracks me up. Yet as you say "opinions are opinions" . This is very true and everyone has a right to one no matter how silly it may be.

  • @kmakowsk Yeahh thats what im saying, just i didn't call anyones opinions "silly" in the process

  • @kmakowsk That is such FEAR mongering. Do under others as you would have done to you. There are better ways to get information and torture isn't one of them.

  • @kmakowsk

Dont waste your breath, these far left loons are going to bring America to its knees

  • @wirthquake Wait anyone who disagrees with torture or waterboarding is a left loon? You remind me of those during the 50s-70s that cried communist to those who disagreed with the Cold War. Its called freedom of thought. You seem to want the military to have power far beyond the people and government you should take a visit to NKorea they would love you ideology there but here in the west we would rather something we call democracy.

  • @freeasthewinds Most people would disagree with you. It is unamerican.

  • Hey, at least he's being open about it.

  • All I can say is that Cheney is a real piece of work.

  • I wonder how much money for good causes could be raised if Dick Cheyney volunteered to be waterboarded for charity on the next telephon. I pledg 50 dollars in new post quantitive easing monetary value. I think thats about three Yen in todays true values!

  • Cheney could have been a supporter of LYNCHING of Negroes in the south too.

Lynching, Waterboarding, Torture (never mind it got a scientific name too - "enhanced" interrogation)

  • friggin Clueless.

  • Ok, so the US authorized its own war, big deal. Calling something "legal" or "illegal" when it comes to international concerns is entirely pointless, because it has no meaning. Keep telling yourself the world is Good vs Evil, if it helps you simplify it enough to sleep at night.

  • Its true what you say. Most of Americas wars since world war two have been seen to be illegal by many observers. A war of self defence as opposed to pre-emptive war is what usually deems it legal or not. So in order to sleep at night its best not to care as you suggest. However if I were to pass you in the street and deem you to be potentially hostile, even if your not, is it right for me to club you to pieces on a whim........? I think you might care about that!

  • @sugarraygras Which of America's wars have been seen as illegal and by who?

There is a body under international law empowered to make such a determination and no such determination has ever been made.

  • someone odda waterboard him, let's see how he likes it

  • can anyone say....GO FUCK YOURSELF MR. CHENEY! ;-P

  • @BenMarbleMD haha lol

  • Cheney is a war criminal, plain and simple, and should be tried as such.

  • @gungagin

    why?

Because he is willing to torture terrorists to protect your worthless life, you liberal bitch?

  • @gungagin He should. However, without a pulse these days he will, like Slobodan Milosevic, die during the trial. I guess he's unafraid of repercussions, because he knows this too well.

    GO FUCK YOURSELF MR. CHENEY!

  • @gungagin There has yet to be a terrorist attack on the US. You're welcome, faggot.

  • @gungagin True. But isn't it funny to call someone a war criminal who dogged a war five times? lol

  • exactly. 'please stop'...i'll admit anything'. ok ok. 'i slept with madonna'. to that moron who would waterboard iraq.

    lets do you first asswipe.

1st off. we've contributed in 'blowing the fuck out of iraq.

oil didnt pay for the war. red fucking china got the oil contracts

alqueida wasnt there til your moron W' invited them.

LEAVE EM THE FUCK ALONE NIMROD. they didnt attack us.

ps. Iran thanx idiots like you n bush. millions of shiates freed to fight for iran.. geez.

  • hey 'dickless cheney'...i'll waterboard ur ass. wrote a song about it. invite liz....we'll make it a party.

'when ur gurglin just say 'waterboarding is torture', i'll say '....WHaaaattttt? sorry. cant hear you. wwhhhaaaaatttt?

    oh. ok dick. 'now, Liz?

  • Dick has been proven wrong on every aspect.....He should be tried along with the Lawyers who led him into this cavern

  • dick and sadam could b bff.

  • I think the video for this should show an actual waterboarding - and Dick's voice in the background repeating "I was a big supporter of waterboarding." I think that would say it all.

  • I think it's safe to assume that DICK won't be taking any international vacations.

  • ...Although, I would urge him to go walk the streets of the Middle East and see how much they like him.

  • They don't call him Darth Cheney for nothing. I don't think this guy has a pacemaker, I think they had to install a mechanical heart because he wasn't born with one. Pure evil.

  • i love how you people believe that not interrogating people will just magically stop attacks from coming. you people need to get out of your fuckin fantasy world. how do you think we got all of our info to make our country safer. you people are stupid..

  • You can interrogate someone without torturing them. Study and example after example shows when someone is stressed or in pain, they only tell you what they think you want to hear. The Allies won WWII without torturing any POW.

  • Ummmm. That's not exactly true.

But it sounds good. Roll with it. The Neo-Clowns do.

  • Really now, that's news to me. If it isn't, it certainly makes a hellova lot more sense. Especially when we've had POW honor standards for how long? Any 5th grader would know that while the brits were pulling our captives eyes out we were treating them like the common man, during the revolutionary war. But fuck long time standards set by our original leaders, we have The Dick.

  • How do you come to define interrogation defined as water-boarding? Your ignorance has led you to percieve reality as fantasy. Water-boarding can make a man confess to anything, in order to make it stop.

  • That's exactly what I'm saying, I define interrogation as not torturing people, Read what I'm saying above, I said this right up above...

  • damn. these reply-to's get me all turned around. I am actually addressing that glue-huffer at the top, GhostICM.

    so solly . . .

  • have u seen the documentary Taxi to the Dark Side. Inmates died due to interrogation. The interrogation was not waterboarding. I'm for waterboarding the entire goddamn country of Iraq.

  • @covingtonium:

Your ass-holish tendencies are peeping through. Hasn't the US done enough to Iraq yet?

Especially the innocent (majority of) Iraqi's who didn't have anything to do with attacking Kuwait, or 9/11 or anything else for that matter?

Although, waterboarding an entire country would certainly ensure many many more "terrorist" actions against you...

  • you are a giant retarded pussy

  • Yeah, I insulted you, but I at least gave reason for why I thought you were sounding like an asshole.

  • I tell you what, if you make me feel like I am drowning, after 5-6 times I will tell you whatever the heck you want to hear lol

  • Cheney is a criminal,he should spend the rest of his life in jail.He should be persecuted by the international criminal court for genocide, crimes agaist the humanity and war crimes.PERIOD.

  • what this dude said

  • Before his term was over George Washington one of our greatest president ever, warned us to stay away from getting involved with other countries meaning dont get involved in war if you dont have to because nothing good comes out of it,

I cant belive GW who was born 300 years ago, had no technology and lived in a time of ignorance is smarter and wiser than these Mother Fuckers Dick Cheney and George Bush in todays world

  • The teabaggers first terrorist attack in Austin, you don't know?

  • Eh. I'm not going to bother arguing with an idiot.

Btw, congrats on your organizations first terrorist attack.

  • prosecute this scum!

  • It's funny when you say killing economic growth. Because all credible sources say it's expanding.

As for your inflation, didn't you hear about the freeze?

  • What irks me is that people are saying that Cheney admitted to war crimes. This proves the stupidity of most people. He said he supported it not that it happened. Freedom of Speech anyone? People can agree with any ideology they wish, only action can be criminal in the United States.

  • There is a concept sir, which states the the American constitution follows the flag. This was ignored by these men. The government that allows mistreatment of some will in time allow mistreatment of all. And this as a bigger threat to America than any lunatic fringe group could ever be.

  • HAHAHAHAHA! My exact reaction. If Cheney likes it, then let him enjoy it at home.

  • Thanks MM for posting this.

  • @YragQtip

Obama isn't bad. He cant do shit when the pussies in congress, and the senate are busy playing with themselves and their sponsors. I know Bush did a lot more with much less, but Obama cannot do that.

It's just the hip thing to hate on Obama

  • Never ceases to amaze how predator Dick Cheney shows up, [ whenever the need arises ] only recently he went around the media mafia networks, and tells the whole world another 911 style attack will soon occure in the US, and a supposed plane crashes into a IRS building. So now they are gonaa go on a blitz that if any person say's anything bad about the government or the way it conducts business will probably be considered a terrorist, or people will be less inclined now to say anything.

  • 40 years of perfecting crime.....and get away with it. Don't give that troll air time any more.

  • No need for any more words.

  • Mike.. the volume level on your videos are always too low.

  • Michael please stop giving credence to this nonsense and put up videos of the biggest robbery of the US Treasury and World Treasury by Goldman Sachs and Wall St. and Secretary Paulson. I think if you keep the pressure up maybe these crooks will get the electric chair.

  • Michael please watch Cenk's video on "Calling Out Hank Paulson's NY Times Piece"

  • Its the US deciding which soldiers are legal and whuch are illegal, how convenient.

I suppose under logic like that, Saddam Hussein was justified in torturing Kurds and Shi'a because he was a the government, therefore his internal enemies were insurgents.

Also I'm pretty sure many of the torture victims were those who worked for the Taliban or Ba'athists, who were military and government officials of their respective countries, and therefore not "illegal combatants".

  • The former VP of the most powerful nation in the world casually endorsing torture, if that doesn't get to you I don't know what will.

  • dude i'm just fuckin with ya. i don't care either way. torture, don't torture. whatever.

  • @starraider113 ...Neocons love to answer hypothetical answers, such as, guess how many lives have been saved through torture?

Now, you sir/mam, are WRONG, waterboarding has been illegal in the UN statutes and it is the broken LAW in the USA. Therefore stop spreading lies.

  • Hey Dick, if you are such a big supporter of Water boarding, why don't you get water boarded. Why don't you get inhanced interrogated..and then tell us if you are still for it!

Until you do water boarding and go through enhanced interrogation...why dont you STFU. and crawl under the rock you came out from..you Ignorant decrypted Idiot!

  • Dick Cheney just admitted to war crimes. Where the hell are the arrests?

  • He should say I support torture! Enhanced interrogation techniques is such BS!

  • Why he is not in hotwater? Den HAAG sucks

  • Somebody waterboard this bastard

  • yeah, the bush administration saved so many lives with their war crimes and human rights violations. oh wait, no they didn't. i'm sorry, i'm not the type of person that just blindly believes what the government tells me. i have this weird thing called a brain. and i use it. which is more than i can say about people like you.

  • He now knows that there is no way Obama could get his ass convicted,so he's attacking like a good republican war machine. Obama fucked up he should have thrown these war criminals in Gitmo on day 1,someone should be water boarding his ass.Dick Cheney is a traitor & should have a death identical to Saddam Hussein's.

  • Well if you don't know, then don't insinuate that torture has helped your nation!

They didn't torture anyone concerning 911 but were given the information by many foreign governments, pending the 911 attack.

Did your Gov. save you then?So who says they would if they had the right information by means of torture? You? Thats if you believe your Gov.would not lie to you!

And you don't beleieve that do you?No.

What agenda are you promoting anyway? Is torture oke? Even if they are your countrymen?

  • Dick Cheney is cold blooded.

  • whos lives were saved? do you know them?

  • Dick Cheney is a confessed war criminal. Dick Cheney must be tried and executed.

  • yes you can, the us abducts anyone they deem a threat to national security, so if others have the same view, have at them in the same way the us does to others.

you can't have it both ways

  • just another face in a long line of evil...

  • cheney is a dirty mother fucker. hope he dies and rots in hell.

  • And what you won't hear from Michelle Bachman during her pathetic rants is that she has taken in hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars in socialized farming kickbacks

  • Notice how the GOP neanderthals are always criticizing "Big Government"

Most of those fucking retards need help with how to hold a knife and fork the right way round, trust me, they need all the governing they can get, and then some.

  • Whats wrong with this Dick?

  • that's fine to torturing people even if they do not know whether they are guilty or not.. i'm Dick Cheney end i love to tortur pll.. he should fuckin try it himself.. What a piece of shit, hope he dies soon..

  • LYING SCUM, FUCK YOU CHENEY! You know damn well you staged those attacks, how do sleep at night you worthless waste of life!

  • More importantly how the hell do people like him in the government live with themselves? How do you look at your kids when you arrive home?

  • Whose lives were saved?

  • think about this for a second. how reliable is the information you get from someone you're torturing? cheney and bush should rot in prison with the other criminals.

  • who's above the law? ass...

  • Can we hang this fucker before he dies on his own time? Pleeeeease?

  • I guess that he is oke with the torture of the MIA's in Vietnam.

Its official, you can now torture any American you catch, because they will do it to you aswell.

  • Jesus Christ...doesn't he understand the disgusting irony of supposedly defending freedom by abusing human rights?

What the hell are you defending when you're willing to do that?

  • dickhole cheney

  • This guy is an armchair general he got out of the draft and now he is rambo. Fuck him, and his shooting skills.

  • Ding, ding, ding, The Hague is calling.

  • Anything you say; can or will be used against you in a Court of Law.

  • This man should be charged and tried for war crimes. This played right into the terrorists plan for hearts and minds in the middle east.

  • what a dick

  • If he's such an avid supporter of waterboarding, then is there any chance we could waterboard Dick Cheney?

I'm sure people would be very interested to here what he says truthfully!
