That announcement might have been made before "Kasou" ws released so maybe, they've changed the title... All romaji converter translate the kanjis by houmatsu even my japanese fiancée ^^

The kanji can be read as both 'houmatsu' or 'utakata' though 'houmatsu' is used more than 'utakata'
