If it was plotted against fluoride intake it would be a much better indicator of something one way or the other. For example, if the water in an area's fluoridated, no dentist would recommend a supplement; whereas if the water isn't fluoridated the dentist might. End result is the two people in the different places get the same fluoride whether the water's fluoridated or not. It's misleading.

Go to the part where he's talking about the benefits of fluoridation. He shows these absolute horseshit graphs, showing not much variation in the % of children with very good teeth plotted against the level of fluoridation in the community, and concludes that there's no benefit from fluoride. The reason that's horseshit is because the fluoridation of the water is just one factor in one's fluoride intake.

Normal tap water and most bottled water contain flouride. Your normal water filter does not clean the flouride out of your water. It can also be absorbed though the skin. This is 60 year old technology. Get rid of it. It's posion.

raw vegetables in the USDA program are grown without fluoridated pesticides - Wall-Mart now has a section of organic fruits and vegetables that are fluoride free. Yes you want to avoid all processed foods made with fluoridated water including drinks.

Reverse Osmosis filters do not get all the hydrosulfuric acid toxic waste out of the water they call fluoride. RO systems do reduce it a great deal though. the best way to remove all the fluoride is to distill it. Yea, I have been thinking about using Distilled water, but it doesn't contain the same amount of minerals so I was advised not to by my Pharmacist unless I take more vitamins.
