My nana got one of these about 6 months ago. Since then it has had 5 replacements and an uncountable amount of repairs. It just refuses to spin and they all leak.

This has to be the worst company I have dealt with,My 75 year old mother has a broken washing machine under warranty and we have been waiting 3 months for repair or replacement. I have sent faxes (which they lose) and still no reply.SHAME SHAME SHAME.

Anyone in the market for home appliances, HDTVs or Air conditioners should be aware that considering Haier is a bad idea.

Haier does not honor their warranties. Their so-called "customer service" is non-existent, they made you jump thru many loops to get a crappy replacement because their products are NOT repairable.

This company should be banned in this country by the FTC and CPSC

Haier is not a disposable brand. Is a gamble brand. You gamble your mental health dealing with these assholes.

hi, No my answer would be lol, never buy a cheap washing machine as they don't last which this one didn't. i had two of these and both packed up within 6 months. I now have a hoover vision, which seems 2 run gr8, no problems as of yet. So in my opinion go a little more expensive for the quality!

I bought one like this, but the 1400 spin. It was the worst decision I could have made. The first one wouldnt spin, kept saying unb. It was replaced by one with the same fault. I gave up and paid more money for a washing machine that works. I would never buy Haier again!

hey i understand ur point, i actually do not have this machine anymore, i think it was the pcb tht had gone in the end after around 4-5 months use, tht's two of the same machine and i agree i would never go there again either. i have had a matsui washing machine 4 around a month nd a half now and seems 2 be doin a gd job as long as it stays this way lol

hi lol, yh ur probly right this is the second machine of this model ive had in about 9 months, the previous machines bearings failed within 3 months, this 1 seems 2 be fine tho fingers crossed! lol

hi Unfortly i had 2 zannussi machine of the same models within 6 months both had casing damage, not tht u could see it but on the sin cycles it was really loud banging and so on so was replaced and the second machine done the same thing, so in the end tht was written off and replaced with the haier, thanks 4 u question feel free 2 ask anyfing
