@68noraa Bad karma? lol. You talk about poor man's revenge? Don't make me laugh. Do you really think there's some kind of force out there making the world fair? If so, you'd be wrong. "That's not fair!" is a elementary playground argument. Sure as it was a stupid idea to tap on a fault line; this decision was not guided by anybody else other then human beings. Your false forces of retribution cannot make this better, only people can, because its people who're responsible.

interesting you show in the video that we can achieve a stable way of living through solar and wind power. assholes how do you think that material is constructed? through refineries and chemical plants, they receive their supplies through offshore rigs. how will the solar/wind generators be transported? massive vehicles that pollute, oh yeah and they get their oil from offshore also. oh and lubrication to keep wind turbines in motion? oil from offshore. :) time to rethink your video :)

@mindrapeart That would be fantstic. If said inventions would help sustain society (because that NEEDS to be the new focus) then they should be welcomed.
But in this current, sick system, vested interests keep those kinds of inventions from spilling onto the free market. Current individuals with such inventions are bought out; their intended contribution to the world is shelved... Or, if the 'threat' is great enough, the inventor can even be made to disappear.
It's a dirty, dirty world.
