  • Judy Small writes with real passion. I recall seeing the McCalmans singing this live, always have been a fan. Used to have 9 of their albums until an ex wife destroyed them in a fit of temper, I can't imagine why. Bitch!!!!!!!

  • Finally I find a recording of this song. It's one of my favorites, and one of the first I ever heard from Judy Small. I saw her once in Arizona, way back in the '90s.

  • Hi Drew the McCalmans are a Scottish folk trio formed in 1964 the original line up was Ian[McCalman] Derek [Moffat] Hamish {Bayne]

    Hamish left the group in 1981 Derek sadly died in 2001 In 1982 Nick [Keir]Joined the Macs in 1982 the present line up Is Ian Nick and "new boy" Stephen [Quigg]whi stood in for Derek during his illness and jooined the group in 2002
