  • We miss you Terry from cousin Tiffany RIP we love u

  • Oh, thank you Terry Kath, for the gift you left us to cherish forever. Chicago hasn't been the same group ever since that day you left this world so tragically. Thankfully, you left behind an impressive body of musical treasures for us all to enjoy for all eternity. Earth's loss is Heaven's gain.

R.I.P., Terry Alan Kath...1/31/1946-1/23/1978. To a great guitar player!

  • Terry Kath ataviado con una camiseta de futbol americano y unas gafas oscuras que nunca se quitó; el auditorio a reventar y afuera la banda tirando la puerta...

  • Nice! Thanks for posting this.

  • The Masterpiece finally posted! Never knew they played it live! Thank You for posting it!

  • Terry, we miss you.

  • This is and has always been my favorite Chicago song. Terry was the greatest of all time.

  • When will they ever invent a time machine? We need to go back to these concerts and experience it live!

  • this a fantastic song and please don't remove it You tube

  • At 2:13 what is the guitar on the left side of the stage? Never seen the one to the right of it either. WTF!

  • Saw them at the Met Center/Minneapolis Fall of '75. First of many Chicago concerts.

They really rocked and wish I had a video of that nite. Terry jammed with at the end of OTYGS then instantly went into Poem 58. He also did his Free Form Guitar that led into Hit By Varese. Lotsa VIII songs too! They also exited the stage in a conga line befor Laudir/Danny went on a huge Mononug...solo

  • Wow - THANKS for posting this and Long Time No See. Have been a fan since 1972 and NEVER heard live versions (other than when I saw them.)

Too bad the tape ran out. Terry sounds great and Robert's piano comes through...back in the days when they lugged a grand piano on tour.

  • Kath & Seraphine tear this one up on the album!

  • I love it! I 'love the 'oldfashioned' sound of a cassette tape...sounds good for 1975! Too bad it's just a piece of the song but heck.. we hear Terry LIVE!

  • They did it live in Wichita,Ks on this same tour. I remember it very well. Terry Kath was not a monster, he was THE monster!

  • @drmorq You betcha,I was there at henry levitt arena for over 3 hours.Remember they said"We're running out of songs!"?It was my 1st concert.Thank God i got to see 'em all 2gether!!

  • Does anyone know where I can find the studio version?

  • It's on Chicago VIII (their 8th album)

  • I mean, on the internet. I just wanna listen to this song once.

  • Never hear this live. I love it! Thank you very much for sharing!

    Aloha!

    Eddie

  • Hear, hear.

  • I had no idea they ever did this live.
