It's actually Ray MK III from Custom Robo Arena, not Ray 01 from the GCN Custom Robo.

You mistake Ray 01 from CRBR, with Ray Mk III from CRA, outfited with the Flame Gun (Operates like the Gattaling Gun) Strait Bomb, Twin Flak Pod, and Formula legs.

However, there is a 3D game titled Star X. It's possible for the GBA to show 3D graphics, but it would become sluggish.
