this was about the victory tour, where people had to send in a cutting from a newspaper, and the money AND order for batches of 4 tickets at once, at usd 30,= each!! Then after 2 months they would hear if they had tickets or not- if not, they would get their money back. But usd 120,= at once was a lot of money for a lot of people- and MIchael was vehemently opposed to this way of ticketselling and changed it. He later gave his share of the tour - 5 million dollars- to charity.

From the little bit of info I've read, it wasn't Michael's fault that this happened. It was other people who set the original ticket payment system. It may have been at least one of his brothers, his father, Don King, etc. Anyway, I think that because Michael was lead singer, the whole thing came down on him and that was a mistake.

Meh the little girl wasn't a bitch. She was intelligent to question what was happening with the money and for being a little kid for all she knew the Jackson's were stealing it since they as entertainers are the public face and most likely to be attacked like any other entertainer in situations like this when really its usually scum behind the scenes. So it was nice of Michael to give her VIP as well total class act to apologize for something not even his fault.

read up on the victory tour fiasco, it was something like if you wanted tickets you had to buy 4 or more and you had to own something before you could do it (cant remember what). this caused a lot of people to not get tickets and then a young girl wrote to the jacksons and complained and said the jacksons were just milking money from them. because of this they made this apology and michael decided to donate his money to charity - and of course the little girl got VIP tickets #rolls eyes#
