sure, you can wash your summit with water is waterproof but be careful to the receptor box, when i wash my summo I remove only the receptor Sorry for my english ^
i just got the summit it has intake on the batteries

I use somme nimh standard battery but with 7cell like the stock, but i've got some LiPo Battery (2s 7.4V)x2 you can see some on Hk site

Hey, can you tell me if there's any posibility to wash the summit VXL's body shell and Chassis after running on Water and mus terrains??
