Think its the high time we start a lobby team to force the government of kenya make provisions every year in its budget, build institutions for the care of the disabled and introduce welfare for all disabled people in kenya.I would ask the government to borrow a leaf from UK on how they treat their disabled and the elderly.If they can afford a bloated cabinet of 40 and free education, why are we ignoring our disabled. ?
