The noun is FEMININE PLURALl and is in the accusative case (منصوب). The noun's triliteral root is kāf ʿayn bā (ك ع ب). So, the Hoories are clearly FEMALES. Yep, we don't really delve much further as to 'WHY' God chose Arabic over other languages. The Qur'an at one point actually addresses the people who brood over the language of the Qur'an. So did you bother searching for that lecture I recommended? This woman is an outright liar. Open the Quran and read verse 78:33, which refers to the Hoories. The first word of verse (78:33) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A conjunction and noun. The noun is FEMININE PLURALl and is in the accusative case (منصوب). The noun's triliteral root is kāf ʿayn bā (ك ع ب). So, the Hoories are clearly FEMALES. What do women get, in Allah's harem paradise? Also, "kill the non-believers but also better to not kill them"? So there is no wrong in killing, eh?

Didnt mohammad marry Aiyesha when she was 6 and consumated the marrige when she was only 9 ?. ( Do u want prov for this again to conver? , haha). @rzadan, yep i agree, but i think it is for an "if it happens" situation. coz it does not happen a lot. what father will allow such thing. but in muhammad and aisya's case, abu bakar (aisya's father) wanted to solidify relation with muhammad. Thats why they got married. Like I said if marriage of underaged or overaged women happens, verse 65:4 ensures they are also covered.

@rzadan, still strong on your underage girl issue huh. well this is my take. this surah was sent down to ensure wife of all ages and levels are covered wrt divorce since the earlier verse in surah al baqarah 2:228 didn't do that. if wife happens to be underaged, then she is has to adhere iddah. but same goes for overaged wife. so it could be interpreted that marrying underaged and overaged women are allowed but how often does this happen? 65:2 ensures every type of wife is covered.

But the "crucial" question is: What are the criterions for how to read the quran? It is my own inner moral understanding! And thats the point: When I do have an own inner moral understanding of right and wrong (otherwise I couldn't interpret the Quran the "right" way!), I do not need a book for that anymore!
