@Joowz That's what makes it impressive. Puck is hard to use effectively and almost anyone can play a carry and ganker. As a ganker/carry, use a couple of active skills and auto attack and you're job is pretty much done. No one's doubting your proficiency with them. But with puck, you have to use 4 active skills in conjunction with items with active abilities like blink dagger or force staff to play well.
@Joowz Also, you've obviously never fought a good puck player before. This hero can shut down a carry/ganker before they even get their core items. Only a fool would say Puck can be killed no matter the skill. This guy literally has 3 low cooldown abilities to screw over any would-be ganker, not counting the ult that can stun you twice.

She is annoying, yes. But anyone with half a brain and a decent carry/ganker can fuck puck up no matter the skill.
