@LordMordrag best thing to do is traet your abbs as you would any other muscle group.. give them enough rest.. evrey day wont do much for biulding them.. but will work wel for the endurance.. abbs actually respond beta to lower reps :)

what? sit ups is a kick ass ab excercise if u do it the right way (something 50% of the gymgoers dont). crunching only touches ur upper abs, a situp can work ur whole stomach, if it's done right

you have a great start. If you have a workout partner have them press into your belly button while doing the crunches and you can do twice as many.
