  • @aeriarose Really, a we should listen to a Catholic leader tell us how to treat the smallest among us? Serial pedophiles giving us advice on how to treat those who look up to us. Priceless

  • There was absolutely no extra red tinting in that video. No sir.

  • @aeriarose take your politics and shove it up your ass. You will never make a difference. When it comes to real survival, it will never have room for your politics. You probably never experienced starvation or famine.

  • his voice makes me wanna kill myself

  • nazism toward animals

  • ya rub that butter all over you filthy skank...

  • If you really want to cook a great turkey look up "How to cook a Turkey" by foodwishes! Great results every time!

  • Definitely don't recommend this method.

    1) Buttering the outside of the turkey is great, but the juices will not penetrate the skin enough to properly season the turkey meat, even with olive oil covering it.

    2) Properly using aromatics is what really makes a turkey seasoned and moist. To do this, you need to fill the cavity of the turkey with flavored ingredients. What you use is up to you, but the LAST thing you should do is leave it completely empty like in this video.

  • @Cirdecus I agree.I always cook breast down till the last hour also.Unless I use a cooking bag which I love. And if you shoot your own turkey, make sure the other shoppers aren't looking!

  • Thanks you hav made my day

  • easy to make

  • And for the final step, make sure your turkey is dead. They make a lot of noise when you put them in the oven alive.

  • "It makes no difference to the turkeys whether their dead bodies are roasted whole or processed into paste, even less than it matters to me whether my corpse will be buried or cremated. Respect for the corpse is a very poor substitute for respect for the being. Both I and the turkeys would rather live out our natural lives -- nothing that fails to respect that, regardless of how we might be killed or what happens to the corpse afterward, is humane." -Tom Swiss

  • @aeriarose asshole

  • @CHADE47lol For telling the truth and awakening the conscience, so people will once again be connected with nature and understand the damage that they're inflicting upon the earth with their animal flesh eating lifestyle? Damage that will only return to them unless they're first aware of the karmic nature of the universe, and take steps to rectify it? You're welcome.

  • @aeriarose there is no damage in eating meat and you can't stop humans from eating meat because we were eating it for a very long time

  • @CHADE47lol No damage from eating animal flesh? Are you kidding me? 70% of all diseases & 1/3 of all cancers are related to eating animal flesh. Non-point source pollution is the #1 polluter of our air, water, forests & soil. Call the animals what they are: the word "meat" was originally used in the bible to mean "food good for human consumption". It is well-documented that Constantine burned over +100 biblical books, omitted parts and changed parts of others to fit his meat-eating lifestyle.

  • As for "a long time": ever hear of evolution? Anatomically, humans match herbivores on all accounts. Google “Comparative Anatomy of Eating”. There are at least 100 more reasons if not more why to be vegetarian (all necessary, & all related to Sustainability) over your one reason: taste buds. (See “101 reasons to be a vegetarian”). This argument holds much more weight. There are more & more people becoming vegetarians every day for ethical, health & environmental reasons: it's cool to be green.

  • @aeriarose Good! more meat for us!

  • covered turkey my ass that bitch put no effurt to it hahhaa

  • Turkey is murder not foood! wakeup

  • it keeps it more tender and juicier

  • Would it be a problem if I used cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, table salt, and pepper and after i put the butter and then the oil on the turkey- will it be okay for me to rub my choice of seasoning and spices onto the turkey as opposed to just sprinkling it? : ) Sorry-- one last question -- is there a place on the turkey that should not have butter, oil, or seasoning? : ) this is my first time roasting a turkey and Im a little nervous.

  • @taebaby0689 try rubbing a little vegetable oil on it and then rub some garlic powder /sage and paprika on it ....it has a real good taste to it...p.s . don't forget to keep basting it also

  • @nuttybar9 what does basting do?

  • That turkey looks over baked

  • @monalisa20 Overbaked or not, it's still good to eat. It's almost Thanksgiving Day. My family will be roasting duck instead of Mr. Turkey this year. LOL.

  • @LaoSoftware yeah your right. Turkey is turkey. lol OOh I havent had duck before

  • I always put all the spices +salt-pepper into the softened butter and roast in a bag with hot stuffing in the bird.

  • Roasting temperature is too high and foil can stick to the turkey. My advice is to simply season the bird (without the oils), place breast up and roast at 325 F, without the foil. If the turkey starts to brown too much, then cover with foil. Also, 12 minutes for a large bird or 15 minutes for a smaller bird, per pound, is adequate. Be sure to let the cooked turkey stand, covered, for 20 - 30 minutes once removed from the oven. Your turkey will be crispy and brown and oooh so juicy!

  • I loveeeeeeeeeeeee turkey :D ,,, give me some please :D

  • ok, agree :)

  • Great recipe

    Thanks!!

  • that looks yummy and now im hungrey lol!

  • @Ghandros Cooking is just a shorter and easier way to say bake, fry, griddle, and roast,

  • but did you feed the giblets to tucker?!!>!>!>.

  • best way to cook a turkey is EAT IT RAW!!

  • am going to try that hope it's nice :^) any way thx :^) and happy new year

  • THIS VIDEO HELPED ME MAJORLY IN UNDERSTANDING HOW TO MAKE A TURKEY LMAO

  • it look like shit all blaCK

  • you can not say BAKE for a turkey, you say COOK!!!

  • No! No! I was suggesting the spray, for those who were afraid of the turkey, contaminating the kitchen. Most turkeys come from a processing plant. They are frozen and pretty safe to prepare in the kitchen. I was suggesting the Clorox (Anywhere hard surface cleaner) be used, as an extra precaution from cross contamination. This was for those afraid of touching a raw turkey!

  • I prepared my recent turkey this way because, I have had trouble with dried out, over cooked, turkey in the past. This came out perfect and delicious. I used more spices like the recipe suggested and came out with a succulent, moist, turkey, especially the breast meat and some excellent pan gravy. I have tried barding, basting, brining, slow roasting, and other tricks. This was my best bird to date!!!

  • Note: For a sweeter, shinier skin, add a little honey to the olive oil (shouldn't be too thick, but not watery-thin either).

  • Say they got Clorox all surface no rinse spray cleaner! I keep a bottle in every room in the house! After you wash the Turkey, spray and wipe this stuff on every thing you touch. It needs no rinse! Kills 99.999% of germs and bacteria. Very safe around food and all surfaces. No harsh smell. Can use it on the baby's stuff too! Don't be afraid of the turkey. Cook with confidence and cleanliness. Move into the 21st century already! SHEESH! Can't find it, use Lemon,Vinegar,and/or salt.

  • @tubebitch12 are you asking to spray clorox on the turkey..?

  • Comment removed

  • @lizdaqueenbee84 Nope(I hope) they meant as a prep...and finish cleaner.

  • keeeeeeeeellan lutz

  • That looks tasty!

  • She didn't tuck the wing-tips in. Then she killed everyone via cross contamination. He was touching the raw bird then she touched just about everything around her oven without washing first. Tisk tisk!

  • @Yuffie3982 yeah but the germs can spread up to 6 feet so it could still contaminate other products. Trust me i used to work for the Food Standards Agency.

  • @Yuffie3982 so what happens if turkey juices fly onto some bread, or in a drink you're not going to put bleach on that are you?

  • @badassreinitz LMFAO

  • dont ever wash a turkey or chicken it is EXTREMELY dangerous and can easily cause the spread of germs which leads to food poisoning

  • yeah but if you wash it you can clean the sink after and wash hands.

  • @TICABELLA23 but the problem with that is that when you wash turkey or chicken etc the germs can be spread up to 6 feet in all different directions. Also the water needs to be at about 82 degrees Centigrade in order to kill the germs whereas most kitchen taps only go up to about 70.

  • yeah sweetie. but you still have to wash the meat. will be kinda nasty if you dont. I complety understand. everytime I wash chicken. I put bleach everywhere. and i get a towel and clean all the surface. but yeah u right it spread everywhere.

so how would you watch a turkey or chicken?

  • Giblets'? YUKKKKKK.... =s
