In this picture, I see death is taking her though the sands in her hourglass hanging near the reapers belt have barely began to fall. She's slashed, wounded, and wears shackles. The shakles are broken, and she's being carried gently by death, seemingly a horrid figure, and very misunderstood... Though she seems content and ready, as if death is indeed saving her from what life was chaining her spirit to.
