Go Air Force! Check out ROMAD (TACP), Combat Controllers, or Para-Rescue (PJs)...you may not think there's bad-asses in the Air Force...well these guys will change ur mind
I was in the Army, and I was in the AF. Go AF Blue. Several reasons; More pay - easier promotions, better living standards in basic and duty (ask around, its true), its easier on your mind and body, your not a grunt your a person. Start running no matter what you choose - get to a 5-7 min mile or better for 6 miles..you will do fine in any branch - but seriously - AF...to others; this is my opinion and its an educated one...so be nice in your replies. Good Luck, let us know :)
@tubewatcher314 thanks for the info. i like the "more pay" part. but i dont mind harder work. i know all the branches make fun of the others and say this one is weaker and what not but if im getting paid more and i can rank up in what i want and not what im stuck with then who cares. i tried out for the D.O.C once and i found out i like running so i gotta get back into that lol but thansk again for you input. it means alot :)
lol yeah the old 500's and the old 250's shared the same body for like 20+years i think LOL, so you could be lookin at a 92 500 with 200KM and think its brand new XD
Yeah If you don't get it then you should go. As far as which branch I am biased. The Marines have always had my back. Those daily 3 mile warm up runs become routine. But the Marines are a smaller community so you will have to be the elite of the elite to get what you want. I know some pretty sharp devil dogs that didn't get to become dog handlers. The numbers for the class I knew was 5 out of 30 applicants. Let's see how it goes first.
Nothing against the guys in the Army but if you have a choice, take the Marines. Bummer about not having a motorcycle but I subbed you because of you and not because you ride.
I wish you the best, Terror! That's awesome that you're considering the military. That's a serious commitment and says a lot about you. I considered a cage, too, but a supermoto is a such a super commuter! Definitely better than a sport bike for an all-season commuter. I hope you can get back on a bike soon, one way or another.
@lauriejennifer ya i really liked the 500 as a commuter. i bet the supermoto is fun!
and thanks for the comment :) i cant wait to be on a bike again. i'll be watching you and all the vloggers still so dont go away i hope your all still around when i come back
