@popularkiller i'm no master at hacking, but my guess, Since Lu Bu isn't playable his weapon either doesn't have a base attack or it has no attributes to it. and DW4 had stronger enemies than Samurai Warriors (depening on difficulty stage and Character status) but you're probably right, Keji is better than Lu Bu in this one. a shame He was knocked off his throne by Tadakatsu. (and Lu Bu was knocked off his throne in DWS2 By The Greatest Warrior of China, Xiang Yu)

@gigabowser64 I seem to remember Lu Bu actually holding his own quite well against the legendary Xiang Yu. Lu Bu actually overpowered him quite a few times.

To be able to use those cheat codes, or any cheat codes in fact, you need a cheat disc. The Lu Bu codes are compatible with a Gameshark cheat disc. You cant actually play as Lu Bu inSW1 / SW1XL without a cheat disc. Hope that helps.

@KunoichiIshida play survival mode choose abyss and defeat him on the 30th floor. you can also use a cheat disc and get codes to unlock him.

Lol, Im more of a Keiji fan than a Tadakatsu fan too. But the SW1 Keiji is a whole load better than the SW2 Keiji. His moveset is pretty much the same, but his voice and his personality are awful.

Lu Bu only usually appears on the 30th floor of Survival mode - Abyss usually. Yes I was playing on Chaos. Lu Bu's just beast. :P

I hated how they made the soilders and officers weak when playing against the CPU in Gatekepper.Even on easy,they'd take out officers in about 5 hits.On Hard the soilders life bars,were lower than peasant in DW games.Not to mention when Lu Bu came to challenge the CPU on Hard,he couldn't flinch them and would die in 4 hits or less.

to get lubu,you must kill 2000 ko in any stage....or using a gameshark

Your only option is to use a Gameshark. You cant play as Lu Bu without one.
