tutorial? Here's a tutorial. Screenshot the video and overlap it. Very simple. If you cant over lap. Chroma key it.

Sorry but your acting is still very... clumsy.

You should never laugh in a video with serious music unless that's the intention of comedy.

Your freeze frame was off too. and you dont have to make that a image either.

not to be a jerk or anything but there is reason why its called a special effects "test". I could give a rats ass about the acting all I needed was brother to "something" so i could TEST the effect. Which then leads my too another point ITS A TEST if it was important i would have spent the time to make it perfect but as I said before ITS A TEST.

but look around for different versions cuz some r slower than others, some versions are a little different as well

to trim i exported a still frame from the movie and used paint :) haha
