Maybe this is over simplified, iam still not sure if one should lift off the throttle when trying to correct a skid in a rwd car. Usually, the rear end loses grip totally when you lift off or brake and you end up in a ditch or into a tree. Is it a good idea to lift or brake ?

i got thrown on a skid pad not too long ago and learned primarily the same stuff, i put it into play this week because we had 6 inches of snow so fun :)
